Audit Scotland welcomes recommendations on National Fraud Initiative

We welcome the Public Audit and Post-Legislative Scrutiny Committee’s report and recommendations regarding the National Fraud Initiative (NFI), particularly highlighting its success in Scotland.

We will now carefully consider the report’s implications for our future role in the NFI.

We look forward to working alongside the Scottish Government and partner bodies to review the scope of the NFI and how we can better publicise the NFI exercises and their outcomes.
