Your performance and development is our approach to performance appraisal and development. It supports colleagues to have a greater understanding of the contribution they make to Audit Scotland and public audit. It also helps people be clear about their strengths and development areas. We introduced this approach to improve role clarity, wellbeing and recognition, support performance, development and planning, and to better harness people’s skills.
