Audit Scotland equality impact assesses its key policies and developments in order to ensure that, wherever possible, we take into account diversity and equality issues in our work. This assessment applies to replacing the existing grading structure, the introduction of Career Development Gates and a revised approach to job car lease scheme and business travel.
