The 2002/03 PMP audit (PMP4) is a follow up audit that reviews progress made by the council services that were audited over each of the last two years as well as a follow up of any actions outstanding from the corporate audit. There are no new service audits. Audit Scotland has produced an audit for the PMP4 follow up audit. The audit guide is for use by both auditors and the staff who have to complete a service or corporate follow up audit submission. The guide explains what the audit involves, how it is carried out and the roles of the council and auditor.
