Publication: Safe and sound - A study of community partnerships in Scotland

Within the last two years local authorities in Scotland have succeeded in setting up community safety partnerships to help create safer places for people to live and work in. The Accounts Commission has found that most partnerships are still at an early stage of development and many need to take further action if they are to effectively tackle local problems in the long term.
